Urbanravens Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1) Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery (the day the carrier marks the package as delivered).
EU customers: You also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 14 days of notifying us.
2) Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and unworn, with original tags/labels attached, and in the original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and freebies).
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We may issue a partial refund if items show wear, are missing parts/packaging, or are returned past the window.
3) How to Start a Return
Start your return at support@urbanravens.com (or via our return form/portal, if available).
Please include your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason.
If your return is approved, we’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), a return label, and packing instructions.
Items sent back without RMA may be refused.

4) Who Pays for Return Shipping
Our fault (defective, damaged, wrong item/size sent): Urbanravens covers return shipping with a prepaid label.
Change of mind/fit or other non-fault reasons: The customer pays return shipping. You can use our discounted prepaid label (amount deducted from refund) or your own trackable method.
Original shipping charges are refunded only for our-fault returns (defective/incorrect). They are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
5) Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid label.
6) Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
Custom/personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products) once opened
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards and items marked Final Sale
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.
7) Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted. For our-fault exchanges, we’ll cover reshipment of the replacement.
8) Refunds
Once the return is delivered to us, inspection takes 2–3 business days.
If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days and send a confirmation email.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If 15 business days pass after our approval and you haven’t received the refund, contact us at support@urbanravens.com.
9) International Returns (if applicable)
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties/taxes (unless the return is due to our error). Please use a trackable service and mark the package as “Returned Goods.”
